One kg. Maida (white flour)+ salt as per taste+ lukewarm water as required. Mix everything well and in the last add 1-2 big spoon oil, mix it well . After one hour nan dough will be ready. You can stuff paneer , keema , boiled aloo masala mixture. In case your roti nan is hard then please soften the dough with oil/milk or water
Precaution: preheat the tandoor with tray for 1-2 minutes. Kindly don't use foil. Put rotis/nans etc. direct on the tray.
