One kg. Potatoes, Peel the potatoes and cut it to the size of French Fries. Add salt and red chilly powder as per your taste plus one spoon refined oil on potato and stir well. Spread aluminum foil in the tandoor, grease its surface. Finally spread Potato fingers on aluminum foil and switch on the tandoori. Let it run continuously for 5-6 minutes. Switch it off and let it cool down. Don't open the tandoori you will see potato fingers will crispy red. Take it out and add chat masala or lemon on potato and it's ready to serve.
Precaution: Preheat the tandoori with tray for 1-2 minutes kindly take care that foil doesn't touches the heating coil above.
