Roasted Chicken / Fish
Take one kg. Chicken/fish, cut it into small PCs. Preferably 8 PCs. For the chicken. Marinate as you like, spread aluminum foil on the Tandoor tray, grease it. You can place chicken/fish directly on the foil. Switch on the tandoori continuously for 5-6 minutes. Switch it off and let it cool down for 5-6 minutes. Open the tray, grease the chicken /fish and close the tandoori. Switch it on for 2-3 minutes as required. Again let it cool down for 2-3 minutes. Open the tandoori and you will find brown crispy chicken/fish PCs. Sprinkle some chat masala or fresh lemon. It's ready to serve
Precaution: Preheat the tandoori with tray for 1-2 minutes kindly take care that foil doesn't touches the heating coil.
