Paneer Tikka One kg. Fresh paneer and cut small tikkas as per your choice add salt and red chilly powder as per your taste. Add white vinegar 1-2 t. spoon .Stir the tikkas well. Add 3-4 t spoons of dry besan on tikkas and stir the same. Cut the aluminum foil, grease it and spread raw paneer tikkas on foil. Switch on the tandoor continuously for 3 minutes, therafter switch it off. Let it cool for 2 min. Take the tray out and you will see brown crispy paneer tikkas. Sprinkle chat masala or fresh lemon on paneer tikkas. It's ready to serve
Precaution: Preheat the tandoori with tray for 1-2 minutes kindly take care that foil doesn't touches the heating coil.
